Activity

The Group aims to find out more about the current issues that are impacting on the planet and adversely affecting public health, the environment, biodiversity, climate and the development of society. This should lead to an understanding of how these issues are inter-related and to appreciate how the global community is coming together to tackle them. The objective is to find out how our activities and lifestyles contribute and what changes are going to be required in order to lead to a more sustainable future.

This will be achieved by researching relevant topics and by talks from Group members and with invited speakers, supplemented with site visits from time to time.
