How do I join a Zoom meeting?
The Support Center on the Zoom website contains brief and easy-to-understand guide for people joining a Zoom meeting. All devices differ. For example the location of the buttons that control your microphone etc. is in different places depending on whether you are using a laptop, a phone, a tablet or some other device. This guide allows you to select your device and so you can see what’s relevant to you.

How do I host a Zoom meeting?
A pdf document called A Dummies Guide to Using Zoom has been written by Lions International.

The meeting organiser or host needs to have a ZOOM ACCOUNT although the home page may appear misleading as it asks for your business email address.

Don't worry just click on the Plan and Pricing Tab and enter your personal email address in the place where it asks for a business email address. This plan is free but is only meant to allow 40 minutes for group meetings. (This is not always applied during the current situation.)

You will be sent a message to your email address. You click on the confirmation link and enter your name and a password. You are then ready to begin.
