This group is for anyone who does not like or does not feel able to do exercise which involves getting up from or down to the floor. The exercises and activities follow Pilates principles for maintaining or improving core strength, flexibility, mobility and balance with seated or standing exercises.

The class will meet weekly for 1 hour and is run by a qualified Physiotherapist and Pilates teacher.
No equipment is needed just wear clothes that are easy to move in and non slip socks or bare feet.
