Our aim is to make membership of Charnwood u3a a fulfilling and rewarding experience. To aid this we provide our members (see below for contact details) with help and support. This covers assistance:-
- to new members
- on membership matters
- to those wishing to join activity groups
- with I.T. to use personal devices and to make the most of our website
I.T. Support
We appreciate that much of our communication is now done electronically and information about our activities shared through our website. Additionally that our members may welcome more general assistance to make the most of their devices, whether they use phones, tablets, iPads, laptops or computers. So we offer, to our members, I.T. help and assistance tailored to them and covering the use they want to make of their I.T. equipment. This can cover communicating with friends and family, on-line purchases, what to do when problems arise, etc., etc.

Also being patiently guided through the computerization mine field means I know more than I did before!"
